Shiela clicked the picture of kids playing with balloons for a reputed magazine. The youngest girl in the group, about 10 years old, caught her attention.
Shiela thought of herself at that tender age. She was viewed as a liability by her poor parents and married off to an old widower.
But Shiela had fled to the city and done odd jobs to survive. She had joined photography classes when she could afford the fee.
Today she was a coveted photographer making the country proud. It’s never too late to make dreams come true.
